The University eLearning team report that Blackboard have scheduled two eight-hour maintenance sessions at their Amsterdam data centre in order to upgrade some of their network hardware. The first session will begin at 11:00pm on Wednesday 28th December. The second session will begin at 11:00pm on Thursday 29th December. This work may have a minor impact on the availability of our WebCT Vista service. There should be no actual downtime, but users may need to refresh their browsers if pages in WebCT Vista are slow to load. You might care to plan your Christmas working accordingly!
